I am convinced that we have the coolest bathroom on the planet! This is actually my son’s bathroom.
The “round things” on the wall are the “round things” from the inside of the TARDIS. What are the “round things”? I have no idea, but the Doctor doesn’t even know what they are. See the video below.
What you need:
- foam poster board – buy a lot because you’ll want to cover an entire wall or even an entire room!
- mounting tape
- glow in the dark paint
- box cutter
Use a regular sized round plate as your template. Draw as many circles on a foam board as you can.
Cut out the circles with a box cutter.
Mix the glow-in-the-dark paint really well and apply a thick coat to each circle. Let it dry and then paint another coat. Add enough coats of paint until you are happy with the result.
Because the foam is so lightweight, the circles will be able to stick to the wall with a couple of small squares of mounting tape.
Grab your sonic screwdriver, a handful of Jelly Babies, turn out the lights, and imagine you are traveling time and space.
I made these towels myself using my Silhouette Cameo and plain white and black heat transfer vinyl. These towels are just decorative towels and are not meant to be used. While heat transfer material ironed onto t-shirts holds up really well in the washing machine, I honestly cannot say how well it holds up on terry-cloth fabric. I am too afraid to wash them.
