75 Years of Batman – win a LEGO Book

Batman will be celebrating his 75th anniversary next month. The first published adventure of The Bat-Man (as he was originally known) was in the May 1939 issue of  Detective Comics. Now, 75 years later, Batman is often listed as the #1 favorite superhero of both boys and girls. He is my personal favorite superhero.

75 Years of Batman - win a LEGO Book

In honor of this iconic anniversary, I am giving away a copy of LEGO Batman: Visual Dictionary, courtesy of DK Publishing.  This eye-appealing dictionary includes an EXCLUSIVE minifigure – the electro suit Batman.

Enter the world of your favorite LEGO® super hero in the first ever guide to LEGO® Batman™! LEGO Batman: The Visual Dictionary combines DK’s famous Visual Dictionary format with the adventurous world of the LEGO Caped Crusader. Every set and minifigure from the LEGO Batman universe will now be at your fingertips.

Explore each LEGO Batman set according to its location, key themes, events, and characters, including the cunning Catwoman, the daredevil Robin, and the villainous Joker.  Go beyond the bricks to look at the wider world of LEGO Batman — including video games, merchandise, and the intense fan community. As an extra bonus, the bottom corners of each page create two great flip-books!

I think my son was JUST looking at this book yesterday! (or another DK Lego Superheroes one similar to it?) Batman and Legos are huge in our house, so I know this would be a hit. Thanks for the chance to win!

  2. My son would love to win this! He really enjoys going through these LEGO dictionaries, and we are constantly checking them out from the library. And he’d love to add that mini-figure to his collection! Thanks for the chance to win it!
